Our friends at Four Pillars (Yarra Valley, VIC) are taking their gin pigs on the road north and heading up to join us in Burleigh Heads for a one night only dinner at Labart.
Experience a Latin American-influenced gin pig dinner, with a luscious nose-to-tail menu from Chef Alex Munoz Labart. You should expect pig’s head empanadas, pork belly tacos and traditional Asado-barbequed pork loin with chermoula. And the new vintage Bloody Shiraz Gin will be making an early appearance in a dessert with yoghurt sorbet and lemon myrtle oil.
Plus, there will be plentiful matching cocktails by Four Pillars Creative Director of Gin Drinks, James Irvine. And founders Cameron Mackenzie and Stuart Gregor will be there to lead the merriment!
