Labart is excited to be teaming up with the good folks at Byron Bay’s Stone & Wood brewery for a one-night-only beer dinner this Winter. Hosted by Sam Martin, brand manager of Stone & Wood’s Counter Culture, the evening will see diners experience some very special limited release beers matched with a one-off set menu. Tickets include five courses of never-before-seen Labart dishes paired with limited release Stone & Wood beers including exclusive new brews Oyster Witbier and Cherry Oak Sour.

Pork belly skewers, watermelon hot sauce
Paired with Stone & Wood The Gatherer

Course 2
Beer-battered broccolini, grapefruit salsa, oyster cream
Paired with Stone & Wood Oyster Witbier

Course 3
Reece's fried chicken pieces
Paired with Stone & Wood Green Coast Lager

Course 4
Oak-smoked duck buns, sour cherry sauce
Paired with Stone & Wood Cherry Oak Sour

Course 5
Cinnamon ice cream, warm doughnuts, toasted stout glaze
Paired with Stone & Wood French Toast Stout

As this is a special one-off event, no changes are able to be made to the menu. Please email or call to discuss any dietary requirements before purchasing a ticket to check whether we are able to accommodate.

The $100 ticket price includes the food and beers outlined on the menu. Extra drinks may be purchased at an additional cost.

The menu is subject to change based on the availability of ingredients.

Payments for this event are strictly non-refundable. You are welcome to give your ticket to someone else if you are unable to attend.
