We officially opened our doors on July 18th 2018 so to celebrate our first birthday we're treating diners to an extra special dinner.
Alex and the chefs have designed a menu that's made up of Labart favourites plus some brand new dishes that will be available for one night only. Guests will also experience the first truffle of the season as part of two of the courses.
Labart and Cape Byron Distillery are teaming up for a special one-off lunch where the rainforest meets the sea. Experience a five course seafood lunch showcasing the native botanicals used to create the award-winning Brookies Gin. Hosted by Brendan Yeo from Cape Byron Distillery, each course will be paired with a Brookies Gin cocktail.
